Our coaches

Cohesion’s coaches are senior project- and programme managers with many years of experience in multiple settings.  They have internationally recognised qualifications and accreditations in both project management and coaching.  Coach-specific training and accreditations include NLP Master Practitioner (accredited by the Professional Guild of Neuro-Linguistic Programming) and Associated Certified Meta-Coach (accredited by the International Society of Neuro-Semantics) and the Meta-Coach Foundation. These international bodies provide the governing board of examiners for determining skill competency and professional and ethical behaviour in the practice of Meta-Coaching. As coaches with ACMC credientials, they have been through rigorous academic and experiential training.

Cohesion maintains good standing with, and is an active participant in, the MCF, the ISNS, the Guild of NLP, the International Coach Federation (ICF) and COMENSA (Coaches and Mentors of South Africa).
